Refund policy

Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a limited cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled within one (1) hour of placement. After this one-hour window, all orders are final and non-refundable.

Once an order enters preparation, packing, or delivery processing, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Perishable goods, including groceries, fresh produce, frozen items, dairy, snacks, and beverages  
• Opened or used items  
• Sale or promotional items  
• Gift cards  
• Custom or special-order items  

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing contact@chachisbasket.com with clear photos and order details.

Approved issues may be resolved, at our discretion, through a replacement, store credit, or partial refund.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
